Archer will be 2 in July. Where did that go? My baby boy is 2?! That's unreal! Well, Callan and I haven't been on a date alone since before Archer was born. Seriously?
It's not that we can't find people to watch him, people are lining up to watch him. And why not? He is easy. He's busy, but easy. And he's very cute. Cutest baby I know. I may be biased, but I'm pretty sure he's the cutest, and the smartest.
Since Archer has been born, Callan and I haven't been out by ourselves. I mean, we've ran to the gym for 45 min. ONCE and that was a few weeks ago when Callan's mom was here. We've also had 2 nights out with friends. Other than that, nothing.
It's not that we don't want to, but I also don't really trust anyone. I am very picky. That, and we enjoy bringing archer with us. We went out to 5 guys Burgers last night. I haven't been there in years. It was sooo tasty! I had forgotten how good they were. Even though they charged me $4 for a tiny, mediocre grilled cheese for archer, I didn't mind, I was out with my family!
After 5 guys, we came home, got our Jammie's on and watched X-men First Class. Archer has a thing for Jennifer Lawrence. It's kind of adorable. Every time she pops up on the screen he runs over, touches her, tries to kiss her, (he won't kiss me) and talks to her. They have a beautiful relationship.
We've been watching a lot of JLaw movies lately. The Hunger Games, Silver Linings Playbook, XMen....
I feel like I need to see American Hustle....
Let's get back on topic here...
Archer is a mommy-daddy's boy. Mostly mommy I think. Haha he loves to "gogogo" and he's so easy to go places with. So we take him on dates with us all the time. It's our family thing I guess.
I am pretty sure I should go on a hubby-wifey date though. Maybe Thor can watch Archer? He's a good dog. And they get along pretty well. Food for thought....
