The park days have begun

In Yeaaahhh! It's been warm, warm, warm. We were at 78* F yesterday! It's been a wonderful week though. Such beautiful weather. The thin about Maryland, is it rains A LOT. So there is always a ton of humidity. It's 9:30AM and it's 70* with 76% humidity. Tomorrow it's supposed to rain, and be warm as well, so we shall see how muggy it gets!

Crazy. I am so excited for spring and summer. Archer is sooo happy to be able to get out of the house. Poor kid, hasn't been able to go out and play very much because it's been way to cold.

We are making up for lost time my going to the different parks on base every day, sometimes even twice a day. Archer loves to be outside. We have been taking a lot of walks too. Some with the stroller, some without. It's so strange to be able to hold my sons hand and just take a walk around the block. He's growing up too fast. 

It's awesome here on the a East Coast because there is so much to do. We have DC, Baltimore, beaches, NYC, tons of hiking trails, nature preserves, zoo after zoo etc...Most of it is all free (DC area) so it's great!

We also had an Easter egg hunt here on base for the kids. Archer got a kick out of that. My little buddy. I forgot an Easter basket for him, so I had to scrounge up a plastic bag for him to use. Poor kid. There were pictures with the Easter bunny too, but Archer couldn't get within 10 feet without losing his head. He was so scared! Which makes sense.... Look at this thing.
